Really good Balinese Hospitality

The staff knew my name and greeted me daily. The forest view room was a quiet retreat. I also used the shuttle bus service frequentlywith reliable transport to the center.

I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures. A little maintenance would improve the room.

The room was immaculate. It featured a big bed, and this. I had a rainfall shower. This added to the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service into the city center. This made exploring simple.

The gym lacked some equipment, though it was functional.

adequate but some issues

the room was spacious with tasteful decoration (it did feel quite luxurious).

The pool was too cold for swimming. I asked at the reception but apparently, it cannot be heated. this was unfortunate for my entire stay, and i could not use it at all.
